Hotel Transylvania: Transformania

The King’s Daughter

This film appears to contain everything: hidden princesses, a mermaid, and a king who desires immortality. According to Good Housekeeping, the king must steal the mermaid's life force in order to achieve immortality, but a young woman will not allow this to occur.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2

Following the 2020 movie, Sonic is back and this time, he is fighting Doctor Eggman who wants to steal Master Emerald. If you’re familiar with the Sonic video games, then you already know the characters — Tails and Knuckles — will make an appearance in this sequel.

Minions: Rise of Gru

This movie was scheduled for release in 2020 but was pushed back. According to Good Housekeeping, the release isn’t guaranteed but it seems hopeful. The movie follows Gru in the ’70s as he becomes the villain. It also gives us a backstory of how the minions got involved.

DC League of Super-Pets

"DC League of Super-Pets," an animated film about the pets of DC superheroes, is an unanticipated addition to the plethora of films that the DC universe is releasing this year. According to Screen Rant, the film's star-studded cast, which includes Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart, will make it a comedy.

Turning Red

This is one of two Pixar films released in 2014 with a typically unique and eccentric premise. The story focuses on a 13-year-old girl who transforms into a giant red panda whenever she becomes overly excited. According to Screen Rant, the film is likely to be filled with lessons that even adults can learn, despite the fact that it sounds absurd.
